On Monday 27 January the DGS community came together to mark Holocaust Memorial Day, focussing on its theme for 2020: Stand Together.

 

Over the past week our students have been writing messages of love, kindness and solidarity which our House Captains used to create a life size memorial flame. Images of this have been shared alongside other memorial flames created around the world. Our flame comprised over a thousand messages, truly capturing the theme of 'Stand Together'.
