Uniform
Dear Parents,
We are really looking forward to welcoming your child back for the forthcoming academic year. We will continue to promote very high expectations of uniform across the school. We believe that high standards of uniform are a part of promoting high standards of self-care and community. We appreciate all the support that parents give in ensuring that your child leaves for school looking smart and professional each morning.
The pursuit of impeccable uniform across all year groups is our aspiration.
To make sure that expectations and standards are clear from Day 1 in September and beyond, please see the guidance below.
Should you have any queries, please contact your child's Head of Year, Mrs Hodkinson (Assistant Headteacher Years 10 - 11) or myself (Assistant Headteacher Years 7 - 9).
The school has a supply of second-hand uniform, for more details please contact your child's student manager whose details can be found here. We run swap shops and opportunities to buy uniform at a nominal fee.
The school can support with uniform for families who are experiencing financial hardship, please contact your child's Head of Year or Student Manager for more information. Their contact information can be found here.
Please note that students who are not in correct uniform will not be allowed into lessons until matters are resolved.
I thank you once again for your continued support.
Mr Tamplin
Assistant Headteacher (Standards & Culture)
