We are proud to announce that Didcot Girls' School has been designated a Flagship Family Friendly School by the MTPT Project. Over the last three years, Didcot Girls' School has been instrumental in supporting the development of the school-based work of The MTPT Project and has been a pilot school for The MTPT Project's "Family Friendly Schools" Award in its first round of trials. through this, we have created blueprints for policies that have benefitted other schools within The MTPT Project network.  Didcot Girls' School is proud of the sustainable careers in education that they are able to provide for their staff, regardless of their family circumstances, and will continue to work innovatively with The MTPT Project. More information about our philosophy can be found in our Family Friendly Schools booklet.
