Congratulations to the winners of the Headteacher's Essay competition. Evie Chick, Sophie Green and Jessica Mallows were named  joint winners amidst some exceptionally high quality entries. Their essays on 'Halting the Rise of Extremism' were thoughtful and engaging pieces that demonstrated some impressive research and analytical thinking. Read their entries here.

 

Each of the students received a certificate and fountain pen, and were invited for hot chocolate with me to celebrate. 

 

Of course, there had to be winners but very well done to all other students who entered too. The judging was incredibly tough as, without exception, the essays were excellent. Keep up the great work!
