On Tuesday 3rd May, three KS4/5 groups and one KS3 group competed in the Southeast regional heats of the Great Big Dance Off competition at The New Theatre, Oxford. One of our KS4/5 groups placed 1st and will be competing in the finals next month against all other regional winners. The piece, choreographed by Sagesse Vivdych-Gapaka, was titled 'Fight for life' and was based on a family having to migrate suddenly to escape danger. It was powerfully choreographed and beautifully danced. 

Our other groups in the KS4/5 category placed 4th and 7th and our KS3 entry placed 3rd in theirs category. Every dancer performed with maturity, determination and grace and we couldn't be more proud of them all.
