Year 7 tutor groups received a blue star, helium balloon to share throughout the day as a challenge to show resilience and team work on Blue Monday.  Blue Monday might be a marketing ploy but it is a good time to remember how to look out for yours and others' wellbeing.  

Year 7 students were tasked to keep the balloon safe and share it amongst the whole group throughout the day by passing it along with either a message of kindness or support.  Students showed great creativity, teamwork and kindness! The exercise linked nicely into our school values of respectful relationships, inclusivity and school being a happy place! The tutor groups that were successful all received house points and everyone is looking forward to the next challenge!
