The year is already off to a great start for our sports teams, with lots to celebrate across the board!

Last week, the Under 15 football team beat The Swan School 8-0 with three goals from Lucy Davies, three from Tegen Wiblin, and one each from Charlotte Knibbs and Lacey Jones. Player of the Match was Lucy for being a powerhouse in centre-mid.

The newly-formed Under 13 football team welcomed four new Year 7s to the team to make their DGS debut. They beat Matthew Arnold 7-0 with goals from Amy x 4, Emilia Essen and a brace from debutant Pippa McGibbon. Player of the Match went to Amy Turner for her excellent finishing.

The Under 16 netball team put in a phenomenal performance against Oxford High School winning 37-1. Player of the Match went to Amelie Wardell for a dominant performance.

The school swimming team (Years 7-13) travelled to Abingdon school for the district swim meet.
