Examination Results success

Shortly before half term National School Performance Tables were published. We are delighted that based on excellent GCSE examination performance in the summer, Didcot Girls’ School is currently ranked as the highest performing school in Oxfordshire, based on our Progress 8 score.

Progress 8 a is a measure of the progress every student makes between entering the school in Year 7 and completing qualifications at the end of Year 11. Our Progress 8 score of 0.97 places Didcot Girls’ School within the top 100 state schools in the country, out of a total of 3458 secondary schools!

We are delighted with this achievement which is testament to the hard work of our students and the entire staff body and we are looking forward to celebrating with students and staff.
